Adamclisi
The town of Adamclisi is located on the Constanţa-Ostrov national road, 65 km from the Black Sea shore. The Adamclisi area is part of the Southern Dobrogei Plateau, an ancient and complex geologically complex land.
The climate and soils specific to Adamclisi give the wines produced in the Adamclisi area a distinctiveness of their own, different from the wines obtained in the neighboring areas. The white wines have colors that vary from that of ripe wheat straw to yellow with greenish iridescence, with intense aromas of lemon flowers and vines, to pineapple and banana aromas, characteristics determined by the persistent solar radiation from area. The red/rosé wines have colors that vary from pale pink to ruby red or violet red, with a balance between tartaric acidity and alcohol content, specific olfactory character of lightly smoked plums, black forest fruits, aromas and taste of green pepper and pepper, combined with strong aromas of roasted almonds or bitter black forest cherries. Red wines have good accumulations of anthocyanins. The white and rosé wines have a balanced structure, good acidity, good accumulations of sugars and polyphenols in the short term from the beginning of ripening, and the S-E exposure of the plantation under the conditions of a large number of sunny days and a balanced regime of precipitation, in which add soils with a medium/high content of humus and nutrients, favoring good ripening of the grapes. The accumulations of anthocyanin, polyphenols and sugars give the wines balance and complex aromas, also favored by the fact that the plantation does not defoliate, but only a non-aggressive carnit in July-August, ensuring the grapes a vegetative mass producing rich food and preserving the potential flavored.
