Each grape grain is followed from budding to ripening and each drop of wine is kept under close observation from the moment the berry is crushed to the time when its sap is fully matured. The grapes are picked by hand, with care and attention. Via does not receive chemical treatments, but only organic ones, approved by the ecological certification bodies.
The wine is produced in the gravity cellar, with high-performance and state-of-the-art primary vinification technology, storage and vinification containers totaling a total capacity of 70 wagons, cold and ventilation installations, almost 3,000 oak barrels, line of modern bottling.
