Gabai Mozaic is produced from a variety of varieties: Fetească Neagră + Cabernet Sauvignon + Merlot.
Complex and refined, Gabai Mozaic is a wine obtained from 70% Merlot grapes and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. Hand-picked and sorted, the grapes go through a process of direct pressing and fermentation at a controlled low temperature, to preserve the aromas. There is a lot of sun and warmth in the pink color of medium to high intensity. On the nose we find aromas of black currants, raspberries, Maraschino cherries, medium+ acidity, full-bodied, and on the palate we find aromas of strawberries, cherries, pomegranate. A gourmet, balanced rosé.
