Complex and refined, MIRAZ Roze is a wine made from 50% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, 25% Merlot and 25% Pinot Noir. Picked and sorted by hand, the grapes go through a process of direct pressing and fermentation at a controlled low temperature, to preserve the aromas. Pale pink color. Olfactory we encounter aromas of black currants, blackberries, raspberries, gooseberries, grapefruit, high acidity, full-bodied, and on the palate we find aromas of strawberries, sour cherries, pomegranates, grapefruit. A gourmet, balanced rosé.
