Strabun

The hills of Dobrogea

A wine that reveals its typicality without ostentation, keeping itself, both in the nose and in the taste, in the area of balance and elegance. Fine perfumes of citrus fruits, peaches and papaya are crossed by vibrations of smoke, vanilla and white pepper dust, which accentuate the elegance. The taste is dense, unctuous, with a bit too harsh acidity and a frizzante note, which enhances the aromas of peach and pink grapefruit, as well as spicy notes.

"Strabun" is a wine that reveals its strength as soon as you pour it into the glass. Unctuous, it offers generous notes of elderberry, green bell pepper and grass, but over time it turns towards the New World, adding exotic fruits and notes of brioche to the aromatic palette. The extract primarily ensures balance, but also a long, savory finish, in which citrus and sweet fruits are touched by notes of celery and spice. A wine that, aware of its value, no longer feels the need to impress.
